Once your order is received, it will take 1-3 business days* to prepare your order for shipping. If for any reason we are not able to prepare your order in the given time frame you will be notified via email.

*business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays

Shipping

All items listed in the Market include FREE shipping in the continental US. At this time, shipping outside of the continental US is not available.

Orders will be shipped to you via the shipping method of Birch Tree Studio’s choice. The time it will take for your order to arrive will depend on size of package and distance from Birch Tree Studio. Expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days from when it is shipped. If available, a tracking code will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final.

Returns/exchanges/refunds will only be accommodated if an item has arrived broken or damaged or you have received the wrong item. You must let us know within 5 days of receiving your order if something has gone wrong. We will work to resolve the issue to your full satisfaction.
