The second dream in the journal’s darker first half takes an odd image from reality and explores what might be discovered below. Creepy doll heads and doll bodies make for two of the strangest scenes in the journal. Depicting myself in the underground space has come to symbolize the confrontation of fear and evil. Creation of the two spreads is shown in time-lapse.
