What small daily or weekly practice helps you relax and regroup?
This here is my delightful new stress relieving practice. I’ve been wanting to begin for a long while.
I am an avid collector of objects. Not because I can’t throw anything away, but rather to surround myself with visually interesting things. What better fun than to play around each week creating little collections of color, texture, and things I’ve made. With all that can’t be straightened in the world, perhaps an exercise such as this becomes a metaphor for restoration and making things right.
